The public Needs to get involved.

 The WRA (Wisconsin Realtors Association)  are trying to get designated realtor agency passed into law. This is a bad thing for the buyer and the seller. Designated realtor take away some of the representation that the buyer and seller would have, if they had there own exclusive agent to represent them. Designated realtor creates an agency where one real estate company can represent the seller and the buyer, in the same transaction. The broker designates one agent to represent the seller and another agent to represent the buyer. The broker would definitely have an interest in getting the highest price for the property, because the broker would collect on the selling and buying side, of the sale. Nobody will ever convince me that this wouldn't create a conflict of interest. Please contact your state and federal representatives and tell them your against designated realtor.
